The Covid-19 pandemic both revealed and exacerbated inequities. Internet access was obstructed while the need to connect grew exponentially. The artist began with this idea, creating with engineers a free, portable and autonomous network: a mesh network, using a system first developd by the Army. The photographs document collective communication through the use of smartphones and an app, Night Watch, in the difficult context of imposed social distancing
